By accessing or using the JPN Trader Co., Ltd Japan website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
JPN Trader Co., Ltd provides Japanese used vehicle export services, including vehicle sourcing, purchasing, export documentation, and shipping coordination. All services are subject to availability and applicable Japanese export regulations.
3. Vehicle Information
We make every effort to ensure vehicle listings are accurate, including mileage, year, grade, and specifications. However, all vehicles are used and sold as-is. Minor discrepancies between listing details and actual vehicle condition may occur. We recommend requesting a detailed inspection report for any vehicle you wish to purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in USD or JPY and are valid at the time of quotation. Prices may change without notice due to currency fluctuations, auction results, or market conditions. Full payment is required before export documentation is processed. We accept bank transfers to our designated bank account.
5. Export & Shipping
JPN Trader Co., Ltd arranges export documentation and shipping on behalf of the buyer. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to vessel schedules, port conditions, or customs clearance delays. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Import Regulations
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the vehicle complies with the import regulations, safety standards, and customs requirements of their destination country. JPN Trader Co., Ltd provides standard export documentation but does not guarantee vehicle compliance with local import laws.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Once a vehicle has been confirmed and payment received, cancellations may incur fees to cover export processing, storage, and administrative costs. Refund eligibility and amounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order.
8. Limitation of Liability
JPN Trader Co., Ltd's liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of use, loss of profit, or import-related costs arising from vehicle purchase or shipping.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.
